This novel two-in-one combination provides a Level 1 Emergency Rescue Helmet that fits inside a Level 2 Structural Fire-Fighting Helmet. Either helmet can be worn separately according to the hazards involved including traffic accidents, urban search and rescue (USAR), fire-fighting, emergency medical response and civil defence.
